// Our Story

Born from the field.

Alson Services was born out of pure unadulterated experience. After decades in the field, AL Humphrey was used to seeing the old and broken system of design processes and outputs that were born from the "this is the way it has always been done" mentality.

Seeing a way to improve upon every aspect, AL teamed up with fellow field expert Brandon Anderson. Together they created an elegant and simplistic design format that not only helped those in the field during the construction process, but improved the bottom-line costs of construction and the overall uptime during the life of the networks post-construction.

The result is a cradle-to-grave engineering firm with 70 combined years of hands-on experience — built specifically to solve the problems that every ISP faces when lighting a community.

Technical operation with HFC, Fiber, and Coax for NSP/ISP/Long haul, business, residential, MDU, and internal networks.

Deep expertise in CWDM, DWDM, OWDM, SONET, EPON, (G/XGS) PON, HFC, and CATV technologies.

Background in installation, underground, aerial, and splicing construction, along with network testing, auditing, maintenance, and reporting.

Brandon Anderson
25 Years of Experience

ISP/OSP network design with fiber, twisted pair, and coax for NSP, ISP, Long haul, business, residential, MDU, and internal networks.

Expertise in CWDM, DWDM, OWDM, SONET, EPON, (G/XGS) PON, T1, and xDSL technologies.

Internal twisted pair networks based on situational network protocol standards.

Background in underground, aerial, ISP, and splicing construction, plus network testing, auditing, and as-built outputs. Expert in troubleshooting fiber network issues from A-to-Z point locations.
